I have a great opportunity for an internal 1st Line Support Technician to join a global company in Portsmouth.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for the company's users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering proactive support, help desk monitoring and problem-solving. To assist with the maintenance of IT equipment, maintaining PCs and printers, fixing hardware and software faults, setting up and configuring new computer equipment.

What you'll bring
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Windows server environments, Active Directory users and groups.
- Have practical experience in installing operating systems, troubleshooting software issues, and installing. new PC hardware
Location – Portsmouth
Salary - £26,500 -£30,000
