What you'll do
In this role, you'll be the customers’ first point of contact, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
You’ll support a range of clients across various different technologies, where no 2 days are the same. As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you’ll play a key role in making sure every customer receives exceptional service.

What you'll bring
- Experience in a 1st line technical support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and a solid understanding of IT concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills .
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with M365/O365 support and administration.
Salary – £26,000–£29,000 plus benefits
Location – Southampton | Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
