We’ve got a new opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a collaborative team where adaptability, teamwork, and continuous learning are genuinely valued.
You’ll be stepping into a second-line support role within a close-knit team of seven, supporting a wide range of technical queries and playing a key role in delivering quality service to a growing client base.
The environment is fast-paced and varied, perfect if you enjoy solving problems and juggling multiple priorities in an MSP setting. You’ll be based in the Camberley office two days a week, with three days working remotely.
What you'll do
• Provide second-line technical support to end users, both remotely and occasionally on-site
• Troubleshoot a range of issues across desktops, servers, and cloud services
• Work closely with first and third-line engineers to ensure smooth ticket escalation and resolution
• Support Office 365, Windows Server, networking kit (firewalls, routers, switches), backup systems, and security products
• Help mentor more junior colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration
Why you’re the perfect fit
You’ve got an MSP background (or you’re keen to move into one), supporting a range of clients across desktop, server, and cloud technology. You’re logical, adaptable, and confident under pressure, thriving when juggling multiple tasks.
You’ll bring:
• Experience in a second-line IT support role, ideally within an MSP
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft desktop/server environments
• Solid troubleshooting experience across Windows 10/11, AD, DNS/DHCP, and backup/security tools
• Analytical thinking, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset
• A full, clean UK driving licence (you’ll occasionally need to attend client sites)
