I have an immediate opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a well-established team in Portsmouth on a 4-week contract.
What you'll be doing
- You'll be helping to clear a workload backlog, providing general IT support and technical admin across the team.
Day to day, that means:
- Handling IT support requests and working through a ticket backlog
- General technical administration, including asset management
- Working as part of an established IT team on-site
What you'll need
- Hands-on IT support experience
- Ability to work independently and get through volume efficiently
- Good all-round Microsoft and Windows knowledge
Must be available immediately or at short notice

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, parking on site
Hours: Standard office hours (no on-call or weekend work)
