Are you an experienced IT professional ready to lead from the front?
I have a fantastic opportunity for a IT Supervisor to join a brand new team on a customer site. The team will have the opportunity to shape the service and make the environment their own.
This is a varied, senior role combining people management, service delivery and hands-on technical project work , no two days will be the same.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the primary on-site lead, supporting the team while overseeing service delivery and getting stuck into technical projects.
Day to day, that means:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of outsourced IT services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
- Acting as the primary escalation point for service and technical issues
- Leading, coaching and mentoring the on-site engineering team
- Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and department leaders
- Getting hands-on with project work including M365 configuration, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations, and laptop refresh programmes
- Maintaining oversight of infrastructure, systems and security compliance
- Driving continual service improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiency
Why you'll be a great fit
You'll bring:
- Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows endpoint management
- A solid background in networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Azure
- Experience managing or leading a technical team
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and running service review meetings
- Hands-on project delivery experience , EUC deployments, migrations, infrastructure upgrades
- A professional, accountable approach and a genuine drive to improve services
