If the answer is yes, I’m looking for a Second Line Application Support Technician to provide application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with first line support and the development team on fixes, improvements, and new releases.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll support clients by resolving second line application issues, managing tickets in line with SLAs, and communicating clearly throughout. You’ll also get involved in testing, deployments, RFCs, and supporting ongoing development work as part of an agile, supportive team.

Location – Fareham - Hybrid working
Salary - £30,000 -£32,000
