What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT and application support queries, supporting systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the company's bespoke system. You’ll log, investigate, and resolve incidents in line with SLAs, escalating where needed, and contributing to a high-quality support service.
You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in IT service delivery.

Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Mainly remote, but with team days in Portsmouth
