    Service Desk Level 2 engineer - Southampton

    In this role, you'll be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to escalated incidents and tickets. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering proactive and reactive support, ensuring the customers receive excellent service.

    What you'll bring

    • You will have experience supporting lots of different technologies within a 2nd Line Support role.
    • Be proficient in Networking - covering LAN/vLAN/WAN/Firewall technologies.
    • Your advanced problem-solving ability makes you stand out.
    • Experience supporting and administrating M365 / O365 cloud services.
    • Excellent customer service skills.

    Salary - £30,000 -£35,000
