    Trustee - Hampshire

    Trustee | Voluntary Role

    If you have a financial background and a passion for supporting young people through apprenticeships and education. It’s a voluntary role, ideal for someone who wants to utilise their skills to make a meaningful impact.

    What you'll do

    As Trustee, you’ll help oversee financial health, ensuring transparency and good governance across all operations.
    You’ll review financial papers, support strategic decision-making, and work closely with the CEO and other trustees to guide the organisation’s growth and sustainability.

    What you'll bring

    • Qualified accountant status (or equivalent financial background).

    • Experience with P&L, balance sheets, budgets, and variance reporting.

    • Strong communication and advisory skills.

    The details

    • Meetings: 4–6 board meetings per year, plus the annual AGM (based in Basingstoke).

    • Responsibilities: Financial oversight, budget review, strategic support, and advice to the CEO and trustees.
