<p>If the answer is yes, I&rsquo;m looking for a&nbsp;<b>Second Line Application Support Technician</b>&nbsp;to provide application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with first line support and the development team on fixes, improvements, and new releases.</p>

<p><b>What you&rsquo;ll do</b></p>

<p>In this role, you&rsquo;ll support clients by resolving second line application issues, managing tickets in line with SLAs, and communicating clearly throughout. You&rsquo;ll also get involved in testing, deployments, RFCs, and supporting ongoing development work as part of an agile, supportive team.</p>
