<ul>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Acting as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers, providing guidance, mentoring and hands-on support</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Managing and prioritising tickets across retailer and internal IT, working to SLAs in Halo ITSM</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Liaising with senior stakeholders and IT directors, representing the team professionally</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Taking full ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Proactively identifying process gaps and opportunities to improve team productivity and service quality</span></span></li>

	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Experience with or exposure to Halo ITSM (highly desirable)</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Excellent communication skills and a professional, considered manner with senior stakeholders</span></span></li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Prior experience leading, mentoring or supervising a small team</span></span></li>
